Annual Report - Club Year 2005/2006

The following programs were organized during the club year:

September - Japanese Language and Culture by Bo Berglund.

October - Fashion Show by Kriss, Almia and Fuergo.

November - Indian and Pakistani Wedding Ceremony

December - Christmas celebration hosted by the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute.

January - Designer flower arrangement by Christine-Louise Langinvainio-Kullander

February - Valentine's Day Dinner at Druvan.

March - Dances from Around the World - Sweden, Indonesia, Africa.

April - Hat Fashion Show by Debenhams and NK.

I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to all those who have contributed morally and otherwise to the success of these programs. Apart from those individuals mentioned in the previous month's report, I thank Kate Wacz, Maria Faxander, Regina Rehbinder and Silvia Serafini -Moberg. I thank fellow board members for their co-operation and friendship, it was a nice experience.

Finally, I wish to seize this opportunity to congratulate our incoming President, Lauren Dyer Amazeen and the new board while wishing you all a very successful tenure.
